He did not try to over sell me a product I didn't need - gave me very honest opinions of the options available and what unit to choose. His work was very professional and reasonably priced. He also explained everything he was doing, gave me a lot of information about water heaters, water pressure, etc. He even got a hose from my garage sink off for me. Replace 5 year old Bradford White.
Install GCR50400 hot water heater.
Replace a 9 year old Whirlpool with an AO Smith. Water pressure was 105 psi so a PRV and expansion tank was installed.
Replaced a 15-year-old rheem water heater that was leaking from the top of the tank. Installed a new thermal expansion tank and a 50 gallon AO Smith hot water heater.
Install 50 gallon Bradford white water heater with thermal expansion tank.
Install two new 50 gallon tanks to replace some old leaking water heaters.
Install two 40 gallon water heaters for duplex. One of the water heaters was leaking on one of the units so we made a day of it and replaced both tanks. Customer also received a discount for replacing both tanks in the same day.
Install m4 Bradford white water heater. This is very similar to the standard Bradford White atmospheric vent water heater but has additional insulation and a higher r-value. We also added a thermal expansion tank.
